Hallo,
Does someone have an idea what happens when a customer has a spam filter with reverse DNS lookup, in one system i have setup ealier it will drop a mail connection when it cannot resolve the DNS to the ip in the mail header.
Is it possible to get by that somehow when having this setup :

Our Exchange Email is hosted by one company and our Sugarcrm is on a totally different providor.
