Some Campaign Emails Not Delivered
For quite some time i suspected that something was wrong with the delivery of campaign emails, now I can prove it. For no apparent reasons some emails are marked as sent but never arrive.
We ran a few checks with somebody who didn't get a mail: receiving and sending domain are fine, no blacklist or anything, no spam filter. Proof: emails from the SAME campaign reached somebody else in the same domain without problems. Proof2: Emails to the same recipient sent from a different campaign arrived.
The same behaviour with a customer of mine - I never receive their test campaigns although Sugar says it has been sent (spam and blacklist checked), all other mails from them arrive.
This is very disturbing because it may be going on forever already - who the heck checks whether an email campaign was received by everybody? Plus it is very hard if not impossible to trace outgoing emails.
