I am creating a lot of interest with my clients about SugarCRM. They always ask me on the phone if I can send them a PDF that gives an overview of what SugarCRM can offer. I have looked high and low for a sales PDF of the features for SugarCRM Open Source but cannot find any.

Does someone have, or know where I can find, sales collateral information that talks about the wonderful features of SugarCRM Open Source?
