I am also looking for capability to sync email on a MAC to SugarCRM? What options are available? Just Outlook???
I would love this ability as well. Anyone know of any current solution or workaround? Thanks.
Dustin
Sign me up for that as well!

Our company recently released Riva Integration Server to provide support for ALL Exchange clients, not just Outlook. Riva provides server-to-server integration between Exchange and SugarCRM - without the Outlook plug-in being required:

Riva is compatible with all versions of SugarCRM and other leading CRMs. Because the synchronisation is server-side, Riva provides native support for all Exchange clients including Outlook; OWA; Entourage for Mac; Mac OS X native Mail, iCal and Address Book; and all mobile devices without installing any plug-ins on the workstations or applications on the mobile devices. You can read more about Riva is also available as a hosted solution:

I am using Microsoft Entourage, which is the best for email clients and personal information.
Riva is the perfect solution if you have an Exchange email account...for the rest of us on IMAP/POP accounts, we're out of luck...
Well its comforting to know that this has been an issue since 2007 and Sugar hasn't done anything about it in 4 years. I guess we can assume the capability isn't coming any time soon. Anyone have any updates?
