Trackers & Site URL Problems PLEASE HELP

Please please please please help me, I am at a complete loss.

I am trying to use the email campaign module of sugar and everything works perfectly except for the trackers.

I create a tracker in the campaign wizard and insert it into my email template. However when the email send the tracker does not work because the address duplicates my site URL. For instance I created one the points to www.google.com and when embedded in the email this is what address i get when i click on it:

This only happens for custom trackers that I create. The standard opt out link works fine.

Can anyone please please help, I have nothing else to try and can find no useful posts about this on the internet.
