After reading some other posts/documentation, I got the impression that the campaign keeps track of who it sent to, so that if I were to press the "send emails" button a second time and select the same lists, no emails would be sent. I ask the quesiton because we get requests for our newsletter a few times a week. If I simply add these new requests to an existing target list and "resend" the campaign, will everyone get it again, or just the new users?
