various email campaign issues: all new

I recently started using sugar for marketing email campaigns. And would like to share my experience on the topic as I see it has been going round for years.

My first testing email campaing it managed to send a few times and it added automatically an account to the targets list don`t know how, but now I`m taking time to make sure that only test purposed accounts/leads-- targets are in the target list.

After sending few emails suddenly it stopped and started storing them in the suppressed list.
I did change the end/start date of the campaign and managed to send couple of emails, but then again it started suppressing them.

When I add new email accounts to the testing target only they receive the test mails few times before they are blocked again.

Could any one explain to me how to remove this suppressing option for the test mail option? Would be very appreciated
