Workaround for adding contact to target list by criteria

Hi al together,

is there any possiblity to add contacts to a target list by specific search criteria. I know that adding contact by report is only availalbe in the commercial versions. Are there maybe stable open source add-ons for that purpose?

Anyway there must be a workaround in the open source version to do this. The main sin of a CRM system is to use criterias. It makes no sense if I cannot use them for creating target lists.

thank you for your response. The module sounds interesting. But it was not possible to install with 4.5.1e with Module Loader

Following error occured:
The uploaded file is not compatible with this version of Sugar Suite: 4.5.1e

Now I will try Ajexa iMarketing ... http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/ajexa/

It is a pity ... spent a lot of hours for searching for a add-on which solve my problem with the SugarCRM OS. Ajexa iMarketing doesnt help. And nothing else found.

Can someone help me please how to get the add-on "power prospect" running with my SugarCRM OS 4.5.1? Thanks.

for all people with the same problem here my update in that issue.

Powerprospect is one way in the opensource edition to ease the way for adding e.g. contacts to your target lists. But anyway one big problem remains: The restrictions of the advanced search in SugarCRM.

For having criteria based search it is unavoidable to use the professional edition with the strong reporting capability. With the professional edition you can define for example searches like:

- Search for all contacts with field "Do not call" is "IS EMPTY"
- Search for all contacts with last name "Meier" and related Companyfield "City" "IS NOT EMPTY"
- and many more possibilities

Or is there any other way I have missed?
