Dear Sugar,

I have an enterprise version of the software (portal#1) and i want to run a separate copy (portal#2) of the software for only a few of my licensed users.

I have a 10 user license. I am going to purchase additional seats (2-4) and want the new users to utilize a separate copy of the software. Reason being is I cannot secure certain data and fields with the current security in Sugar on a per user basis. I can give certain rights to data down to a Sub-Panel, but no further.

We have customized our software to include Tier pricing for products. I want to be able to dissallow the view of these tier pricing fields from certain users but not all. The only way to do this is to have a separate copy running, that only selected licensed users can access.

This way I can make changes to the field layout & custom fields to limit the viewing of data on portal #2. however users on portal#1 still have the ability to view this data.

Any ideas or suggestion or is this allowed per our terms with you?
