hi, how do you set up sugar so that multiple users can respond to a message from the same email account?

scanario:

1. customers send email to "feedback@domain.com"

2. user1@domain.com responds to some of the emails. to the customer, it looks like the email comes from "feedback@domain.com"

2. user2@domain.com responds to other emails. to the customer, it still looks like the email is coming from "feedback@domain.com"
