We have just converted over our Support staff to using Sugar as their inbound/outbound email, so that it can link into the Cases module.
Its all working OK, but we are finding we are going through "a lot of mousing-around" when we reply to emails etc. We're sure we are not using it the "right" way, and that there are shortcuts we haven't found.
Anyone know of a doc on this? I'll make one up when we have found the best way to do that, but at this rate, its going to take a few weeks of stumbling around.
