is there another way to get in touch with the sales department?

3 weeks and no response to an email sent directly to my sales rep. 2 phone calls with a person actually taking my name and number and still no response a week later.

Any sales rep want to help me purchase additional seats for my enterprise version? Anyone?

I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease so I'm trying to squeak.

Direct support seams to be one of the only weaknesses in this company.
