Is it posible to have different BugTrackers by product, lets say I have 3 or 4 different products and i want to have the bugs for each product separately. If so how?
Also, what about releases?

What about
Admin --> Studio --> Drop Down Editor
You find the product_category_dom there maybe edit that? ..not sure if helps you out?

I'm investigating using sugar for support and found fundamental shortcomings.
1 I cannot find how to link cases to a product
2 Lack of an knowledge base for internal use
Regarding 2 I imagine once a case has been resolved you may want to log the solution for future use, yes?
And I'm yet to find is how to send mail to customers of a certain product. i.e. Send new release information to all customers of software product A. Hopefully this is possible.
I think I may have to suggest a different product for support.
