I have the following problems:![]()
- no inbound emails come in
- schedule meeting/calls does not work
- question: why cant i send an email attachment from my SugarCRM documents?
Inbound Emails:
All the correct inforamtion has been set up in the Inbound Email setting. I ran a 'Test Settings' and it said it found the following usable folders: INBOX
I went to the email tab, selected inbox but it continues to say no new mail (there is new mail)
According to my IT team, the correct extensions for php_imap.dll are installed...
Schedule Meeting/Calls:
My account is set up as an administrator. And yes, all the permissions are enabled:
Access/Delete/Edit/Export/Import/List/View are 'ALL' and 'ENABLED'
Hope some one can help me with the email part soon because i am getting tired of cut and pasting all my client's responses.![]()
