create a timesheet

What is the format that permits me to create a time sheet that isn't a csv in order to install it to sugar.

Yes I know, but need another type, I want to copy these timesheet to a template that has a certain format. So I need a timesheet that contains 6 columns, and as many rows as the days of the month.
