Creating Email Distribution Lists

I need help creating email distribution lists from my current clients/accounts. Is there a fast way to do this in order to
send out an email campaign to current accounts?

The easies way I find to send out mass emails is via campaigns and there you can create mass lists based on reports.

You do this by creating something called a target list, you can then use this list to send the mass email out. This way you can also run reports of who you sent this to further down the track etc.
