Hi all,
I run an eco-tourism organization in India. We have a huge customer base of around 35000 people. I would like to know how I can use SugarCRM to track customers.
My main requirements are thus:
- My Customers have attended one or more events conducted by us in the past. We need to keep track of this.
- The customer list has to be searchable in the sense, I would like to find out which customer has taken part in which event / activity conducted on which date.
- I want to be able to send out newsletters / campaign e-mails to customers based on their association with us.
Is this possible??? I was told that SugarCRM would be capable of this activity. Kindly help me and guide me through this process.
