Fatal Error after installing new module

This is line 461:

$query_array=$this->user_sync->getQuery(true);

Sugar is now completely tanked. All I get after log in is the fatal error.

Any ideas?

I am getting the same error message after installing custom module, but I only get it on some users and not on all users.

Hi to all,
I'm quite new about SugarCRM and for sure I'm the newest user on this forum.
I'm working on SugarCRM Version 4.5.1f (Build 1094), Apache 2.2.3, php 5.2.0 and MYSQL 5.0.27

This is my problem...
I created subPanel and related relationships between Cases and Opportunities. Every time i tried to see details against a case I got this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getQuery() on a non-object in SERVER_ROOT/sugarcrm/data/SugarBean.php on line 2359

I executed repair database and rebuilt relationships but the error is still there
Can anyone help me on this issue?

Exactly the same problem here, installed ZuckerReports, decided to uninstall it for various reasons, and I am now getting the exact same:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getQuery() on a non-object in /modules/Contacts/Contact.php on line 461

I thought it might be something to do with ownership and permissions on the directories but now I'm not so sure. I get the error on the main page and the contacts page, but can see many of the other pages fine. I can even get into the admin interface but running repair etc.. hasn't fixed it in my case.

If anybody has any more ideas it would be much appreciated, not only by me, but by future people reading this thread.

I've spent hours trying to sort this.

It seems only the home tab and contacts tab are effected though

It's also screwed up the accounts column when viewing opportunities etc.

I WAS ABLE TO FIX MY SITUATION, THIS IS HOW I DID IT

After a lot of stuffing around I was able to run these repairs "Clear Chart Data Cache - Clear Template Data Cache - Clear Vardefs Data Cache" Repairs (Admin/Repair).

This sorted the "completely tanked issue".

If you can't get to the admin section after logging in, login and enter this url: /index.php?module=Administration
