I mentioned was making a case with a failure. In this case a task will stick, I would like the subject (the disturbance) is automatically filled. Can someone explain to me how I can do?

Are you looking for a dependent field?

Where one field is automatically set to a value dependent on another field?

Or do you want a default value unless somethign else is selected? This can be doen with a standard drop down.

Please elaborate with what result you are looking for.
