I start to work with SugarCRM, and i think thats be a great application...

Now... my problem...

I am finding a module to register the Employees activities...

For example, i have list of activities, its every time the same... for example:
Manage Machines; Cultivate; Another things;

I have people how manage the employees, for example, José manage 5 emploeyees....
And José have to register all activities, i want that activities have to be now on computer, before i use a paper, what i waht to José make is, register this employees times, for example, Rui, Pedro, Matias today make Talk then José go to the Application and register Today ui, Pedro and Matias talk today 8 hours, after that we have can calculate number total of hours on X activitie, and Number total of Hours of X employe...

Understud my idea ?

On this time i was look to SugarTime, but i think is a litle hard to my users manage on that...

Have some programs else to making that ?
