Help !!! Transfering Custom Leads data to Accounts

1. Is there a way to share fields?? e.g. there are fields in ACCOUNTS that I would like in LEADS so that when I convert that info it is transfered across into those fields, so i don't have to re-enter or create custom fields. I would prefer to do this within Sugar and not using PHP if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
