Hi,

This is my first posting, and I'm not sure if I am posting in the correct place. For our support, we need to log each phase of support to completion. Is there a way to add the project functionality of project tasks to cases? Or should I try to retrofit Projects to work for cases? I need to log each phase of progression on the case and have a sum total of time spent on the case.

I hope this make sense. I look forward to any and all suggestions.
