    Default Interface Annoyances

    1. When creating a new case from Account screen, there is no way to associate Contacts with the case
    2. When creating a new Task from Case screen, clicking on the change contact button does not bring up a list of contacts for the associated account as expected
    3. View Case screen does not display case number as expected (Edit Case screen has it)
    4. There is no quick way to create a case from Account screen with a contact associated (another button beside each contact like the edit and delete buttons would be great)

    I'd like to suggest 2 things also.
    1. Limit results for all listings like is done on the main page for Contacts, Accounts, etc. It would be nice if the limit was configurable. Our problem is we have some customers that have several hundred email associated with them and downloading the page takes a very long time.
    2. Don't displaya header for empty lists. When opening an account (or any other module) it shows a blank header even when there are no results for Activities, History, Contacts, Opportunities, etc . It is good to show the title and the Create button but the header is not needed. Also, it would be nice to collapse each heading so it is not visible. Pages are just really busy!
