I have a simple question:
How do I control what users see? I want to segregate the leads, contacts, opps, etc by team so only those team members see what has been assigned to their team. Is that possible?
It doesn't seem to be working...
Under ADMIN > Team Management > (Team Name xyz)
I have 3 users listed and I am the only one with a "REM" icon listed. Yet, when I log in under one of the other user ids, I can see all of the "content" (leads, opps, etc) assigned to "Team Name xyz".
What is going on here?
