Hi all
we are a a company trying to use sugar crm for our customer service needs and we have a problem on categorizing customer care calls. We want to categorize them with four dropdown lists linked one to another, so if you choose A in the first list you´ll get answers 1, 2 & 3 and if you choose B you get 4, 5 & 6, i.e. Can somebody give us help on how to do this?
In fact if somebody knows a spanish freelance developer who could help would be greater!
