Hi Everybody - This is Reddy here. I need help on SuagrCRM

1) How can we do Mass Update on Notes. i.e Search set of comapnies / contacts and do a mass update on Notes. Notes should be again serachable

2) What is the best way to add categories for contacts or comapnies modules. Basically i want to add a category to a contact but the categories keep updating regularly and the categories goes on and on with a big list. I want to attach a Company or Contact to a category or multiple categories and should be able to search.

Also i need the best way to add categories like should it be a drop down option or Check Box ? so that we can attach a contact or company to a category
