Migrate from 5.0b to 4.5.?

I also need help with downgrading. We started using Sugar5, used it for a month, now a decision was made to downgrade to 4.5 until there will be enough 3rd party support for Sugar 5 and certain bug fixes. We have the previous version of the database, but in one month we made numerous data entries, which I must somehow transfer into SugarCRM 4.5
Does anyone have such experiences? Help would be appreciated.
