1. is there a module to support email bugs reporting? For e.g. a someone send an email, the system should automatically generate a case number a log an entry based on the email content?
2. is there a way to set up multiple clients in the system? For e.g. CLIENT A will only be able to see the bugs reported by CLIENT A, and CLIENT B will have a different set of bugs/requests.
