    Default Populating Cases

If I understand correctly, the best way to allow users to submit cases from a MAMBO website without having to login is with portal integration. We have a MAMBO 4.6 installation, and would like to know if the current integration for MAMBO 4.5.2 will work with MAMBO 4.6?

Is there another way to get cases from a form page or other source into SugarCRM Cases?

    Please give me some guidance.

You could use an email form and then have sugar pull from the mailbox and create a case from there.

The SugarCRM self service portal also allows you to provide an external interface to have customers post cases directly to your Sugar site.

I'm having trouble getting my monitored mailboxes to automatically create cases. I can import the mail and create a case but it won't do it without my intervention. Is there a way I can have it do this? OS version.

    Thanks
    Grant
