    Default Problem with Editing Users

    Just installed SugarCRM and added 4 users, and when I try to edit a user it worked the first few times but then the edit screen comes up blank. Now I cant even go into "MyAccount" without getting a blank screen. Does someone have any clues about this????

    Yes I also had the same problem with sugar 4.0.1c. After adding few users, the edit users screen goes blank. shows page not displayed. Don't know what the issue is?
    If any body has some clue why this hapeens please post and enlighten us.

    I found the issue in Bug 4391 and by the look of it it hasn't been resolved yet. The only solution offered so far is to "backgrade" to version 4.0, which I have done and it works fine for me.

    I am having this same issue. I would really like to start using this system in my company but I need to add more users and employees. If this can not be resolved quickly can I be instructed on the best way to down grade to 4.0.0. I really hope that down grading is not the avenue we must go. Support please update us on the progress of bug 4391.
