Products per Account

Can we write for each account the products which we sale to them with therir serial no or we must make a new tab, new screen and new table in db to save them ?

Here are a couple of ways you can approach it. You can add custom fields to the account form that allow you to type in products that are sold to that account. What we have done for customers in the past who wanted to do something similar is to create a drop down of product categories when they had a large product catalog and then we tracked them at the product group level.

Probably the best solution though deals with the quotes module. If you entered a quote for each product they buy, you can then link the quote to the account and actually store not only the product, but the agreed to pricing you are giving each customer. Quotes show up as a subpanel item for the account.
