Hi!
I am a little perplexed and ask for help!
We have the SugarCRM system with MS Exchange in use, for 3 users.
One of the users has now accidentally deleted all the contacts from Outlook, which came from the CRM (Outlook category: SugarCRM)
How can I get it now all the contacts from the CRM re-assigned to the user, so they are synchronized back to the contact list from Outlook, of this user?
Namely, only the new contacts where synchronized (which indeed would be correct if the user had intentionally removed the contacts from his Outlook).
FYI: The other two users still have all these contacts in their Outlook and in the CRM are they even still.
So I am extremely grateful for any help!
