So I'm at a loss here on how to integrate some Modules I created using the Module builder. I've a need to keep Customer Specific configuration information. I've already created the modules with proper layout and fields, but can't seem to get it to link as a Sub Panel in the Accounts Tab. Does anyone have a good custom Module HOW To out there in creating custom modules, User Docs have nothing.

You should be able to add a field of type "Link" or "Relate" to relate your module to Accounts. When you choose the "link" as a field type within Module Builder you get prompted for the module to relate to. You can then choose Accounts.
