Hi,
I have a general question.
If we create a Sugar Customer Support Case
and the suppor enginer closes it and we later realize that its not solved yet.
How is the correct way to procede here?
I ask as I noticed that sending an update to the closed case does NOT reopen it.
I have found no way for us customers to re-open the case.
Is the best way to open a new case?
