As a retailer, with its own 5 seater dedicated call center, sugarcrm is our backend customer management solution, however it has a major limitation.
It cannot take orders, take detailed product information, and make relevant information available to customers, but more importantly, be able to intergrate with other core department of the company like logistics (to verify deliveries) , accounts ( to verify payments), take orders ( for faster deliveries), RMA, complaints linked to the appropriate department.
Help with agent scripting.
