Is there a way to get users to be restricted to seeing only cases relating to specific accounts?

example:
Joe can see and enter cases for account1, account2, and account3.
Bob can see and enter cases for account2, account4, and account5.
Jill can see and enter any case.

Yes You you can do like this

1) Joe can see and enter cases for account1, account2, and account3.

2) Bob can see and enter cases for account4, and account5. not account2

3) Jill can see and enter any case

Dear Freind

Right Now there is no functionality as such in sugar crm.But u will have to modify the list query of Cases module to make this happen.
