    Customer relationship management (CRM) is a widely-implemented strategy for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes—principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical support. The overall goals are to find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back into the fold, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.

    Customer Relation will be too strong if the Customer satisfied with the productivity, trustworthy, punctuality, and cooperativeness of the company. It is duty of management that solve the problems of customer. because the customer will complain to management ,, management will investigate the complain and then implement new idea as per requirement and in limit of rules and regulations..

    Hi Everyone,
    There have been some great points raised by previous posters on here and I agree that CRM is a complex term and concept, but does it have to be? It seems to me like the biggest problems arise from poor training/implementation and design issues with the product itself. We are trying to develop something that combats these problems in an innovative way. You guys are all professionals. Would you mind giving me your 2 cents on our new CRM product? How Do You Manage Your Customer Data We are happy to share our findings.

    CRM answers this basic problem that all businesses with more than one person in them have:
    interaction 1)
    Customer: "Hi! tell me about your product"
    Business representative A: (lots of information)
    Some time later, interaction 2)
    Customer: "Hi! last time i came, we discusses something, I can't quite remember, but I'm in a position to buy it now..."
    Business representative B: "uh, who did you talk to earlier?"

    CRM is about having the second interaction be
    Business rep b: "that thing you can't remember is this, how many would you like to buy?"

    There are infinite different scenarios that are similar, including avoiding
    business rep a: "um, I don't remember our last conversation nor who you are because it's been 2 months since we've talked and i've spoken to 2000 other customers since"

    But the basic gist is one unified conversation with a customer or account where each person involved knows all the information and the state of things between the two entities.
