Zucker Report in Sugar5.0

Hi partner, I have problems when I try to install zucker report module in sugar 5.0.

This is error message:

The uploaded file is not compatible with this flavor (Community Edition, Professional, or Enterprise) of Sugar: 5.0.0a

How can I do?, I have Zucker report 1.7; 1.8; and 1.6; and I have the same message

Hi

Extract the Zuckerreport1.8 zip file and change the first two lines in manifest.php file as:

'acceptable_sugar_versions' => array ( "exact_matches" => array (),
"regex_matches" => array ( 0=>"5\\.*\\.*")),
'acceptable_sugar_flavors' => array (
'OS', 'PRO', 'ENT','CE'
),

That's because 'CE' is the only listed flavor in the manifest.php file.

I am having the same problem.

I updated the php.ini file so the section reads:

; Whether to allow HTTP file uploads.
file_uploads = On

; Temporary directory for HTTP uploaded files (will use system default if not
; specified).
upload_tmp_dir = "/opt/sugarcrm-5.5.0/php/tmp"

; Maximum allowed size for uploaded files.
upload_max_filesize = 60M

and I redid the manifest.php as per the other thread.

I am trying to install ZuckerReportsCE_1.11_module on Sugar CE 5.5.

I just get a blabnk list after trying to load the module.

I used the stack installer and am not sure how to restart apache either but I did restart the machine..

We are also having the same "no result" issue attempting to install ZuckerReports 1.10 and 1.11 into Sugar 5.2.0e. Running on IIS (not Apache) and have modified the manifest.php file per earlier suggestions. Have restarted the site in IIS although the php.ini file already had 40MB upload size and HTTP uploads on. have successfully loaded another module that was for 5.2 from SugarExchange so I don't think that Sugar is setup incorrectly for loading modules generally.
A newbie but would really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

I got this same behavior but was able to get past it by deleting the modules/ZuckerReports/jasper folder per the manual page 8.. They don't reference the "no response" behavior but they suggest this as a fix in case the file size is too large. I had already modified my php.ini file to allow file sizes up to 20MB but I still was unable to upload the module until I deleted that folder.

Not sure what affect that will have on my installation.. Haven't started using it yet.
