    Default The bullox in support tickets!!

    Ive heared talk of bloat ware etc on these forums... However I happen to think Case/Support ticketing integration is a no brainer....

    I have some experiance with http://www.kayako.com... It is spot on..... if anyone is interested in where I think the portal should be going....

    Well, I'm guilting of saying "more please" when I need a feature and "bloatware!" when I don't. That being said I agree that ticketing makes sense here and that kayako does it nice and simply (and quite cheaply too); I actually bought it for my company.

    I admit to the same...

    Imagine what it would make Sugar if the Mambo portal was as good as Kayako or even if Kayako interfaced with Sugar...
