I have an installation of SugarCRM Version 5.2.0j (Build 5804) and Joomla 1.5 both running under lampp on a CentOS server. Apache/2.2.11, PHP Version 5.2.9, SOAP is enabled.
I installed the sugarcases component and configured both Sugar and Joomla as I read I should.

I did have to go into the database to activate the portal user and the portal.

From Joomla, I can see the SugarCases component to configure and do the field mappings.

My issue, when I use Joomla and click on "Cases", I get the field headers in the portlet, but I get no data.
I have logged into Joomla with an id that is recognized in Sugar. Do I need to add another component or extension to make this work? Is there something wrong with my soap implementation? (not sure how to turn on logging and see the errors if any)

Has anybody successfully completed this integration with the newer versions of Sugar? Any hints on trouble shooting my issue as I'm fairly new to both sugar and joomla.
