    Default Knowledge base (KBA) access in Customer Self Service Portal

    Has anyone integrated a customer self-service knowledge base access with their self service portal? Do you use a unique module to do this or can the Document Management feature of the suite be extended to do this?

    This is just for your information, but the similar functionality will soon be released as 4.5.1 Sugar Portal.
