OS SugarCRM 3.5 and Mambo 4.5.2 configuration problems

I get a blank page after installing the com_sugarregistration component and selecting "Components->Sugar Registration->Form Fields" from the menu i.e. I cannot select which form fields to show (See attached screenshot!).
Has anyone had a similar problem and could provide some help? I am currently using OS SugarCRM version 3.5 with Mambo 4.5.2.

Thanks for the information so I won't have to go on searching for a solution... I am really looking forward to the fix since I would prefer it over rolling back to SugarCRM 3.0.

Just kind of wondering what's going on with this...

We were apprised that it would be available by the end of the week but haven't seen nor heard anything since that post. I really need this fix!

I also missing the feature for Accounts to be able to update and edit their information trought Web Service Portal.
Also for them to add edit and deactivate contacts...
