I have Joomla 1.0.8 stable, Sugar Open Source 4.2.0a with the modified Joomla component for Cases. I followed the instructions in the installation manual carefully. While everything seems to be working, it is VERY slow. When I log in as a user in Joomla, it takes about 2 minutes to bring up the case list (only 2 cases listed). It takes and additional 3 minutes to open the details of the case when I click on "view". Almost certainly this is related to the speed of the SOAP interface, but certainly others are not experiencing THIS slow of performance out there. Any thoughts for where to go to look for the problems and how to correct? I will be happy to provide additional details...just tell me what you need. I'm trying to get a self-service portal up for our customers to use for technical support.
