Portal Only User Checkbox is Disabled

I am trying to set up Sugar Portal for Mambo. I downloaded the install doc, which told me to create a new 'portal' user, with the Portal Only User box checked. Funny how that checkbox is disabled on my instance of Sugar. It's just grayed out, no errors, no indication of the problem. I am using Sugar Open Source, if that helps. How can I remedy this problem?

I'm having this same problem after upgrading to 4.5. Any ideas on what is causing it?

I previously had a portal only user created and this box was checked, but after upgrade, this box is simply grayed out.

hi,

In registration time the portal only user checkbox is disabled. after thet registration click My Account and click Edit in this edit form the check box is enabled here you can assign to that particular user as protal user.
