sugar contact login to joomla

hello,
I already implemented "sugar portal to joomla" module through which a single portal user can see and log a cases from joomla. but I am in suitation where i need to implement like : -

A contact in sugarcrm is registerd user in joomla. how can i do to this?
and contact person can login to joomla and log case and case is created with the same department as of caller(contact). how can i approach?

There is an updated Joomla plugin that allows you to login to Joomla with your Sugar 6 login info and password.

Works out of the box with Sugar 6 CE, Pro, and Enterprise.
