Default Manging insurance project with SugarCRM interoperability

    Hi.

I have to make master plan for manging customer relationship relations and projects, It is all for a insurance office.

We need to make sure all projects in business are in on DB, and that should be done with Sugar I guess, But the insurance typical matters had to be managed by an insurance software company named IDIT.

After few check I am pretty sure their insurance application should work with CRM application, but I didn't found no mention to "SugarCRM".
How can I be sure they both (Sugar & IDIT) will interop?

If there is no existing interface it's all down to data mapping and the im- an export capabilities of the insurance package. There is usually a 99% chance that will work because at least on Sugar's side you can do pretty much everything. That does not mean that it is simple and/or cheap. Data integration projects are the most time consuming tasks in the sw world. You need to define the exact specs as your first task.

    Thanks for the quick comment.

If there's a 99% for it to work well - I will definitely inquire it more deeply. will be glad to read some more about Sugar's data mapping.
