I figured it out. I found out that the project module is included and the tab is hidden.

how do you get the Project tab to show in the community version?

Hello,

Click on Admin then User Management. Then click on the Pencil to left of the user to edit it.

Then click on the Advanced tab.

Scroll down to Layout Options. Then you will see

Display tab and Hidden tab listboxes.

From there you can show or hide tabs.
