Sugar Professional v5.0.0c Templates do not work

There are so many bugs with the implementation of templates in version 5.0.0c (i.e. the latest) that the system is not usable. The Gantt chart system provided within the professional edition is just what we need. However, it's useless without project templates. We are trying to enforce processes and reuse best practise by updating a set of project templates. We need to interact across internal teams and with external sub-contractors, customers and suppliers on a variety of complex project types.

This part of the dot-c release would appear to be untested.

Having purchased support (in the form of the professional edition) I would like to invite comment from other 'Professional' Sugar customers who require a data flow from CRM through to project delivery.

I also can't get Project Templates to work at all. I created a Project Template with like 60 project tasks and cannot figure out how to use it to create a new project!

The Project Templates listview shows up with no labels as well.

This has been posted as a bug now. If you customise the projects listview it damages the project templates listview. That would explain why the online sugar demonstration system works fine. We are going to try to revert to vanilla projects and then add our customisations back - excluding the project listview.
