Is there a module for an online advertising agency?

We are an online advertising agency that does online media stragegy, planning and buying. We have used SalesForce.com in the past, but recently moved to a more industry specific (for an ad agency) CRM. The problem is that we will still need to put alot of money into consulting fees to customize this new CRM to our specific needs as a pure online advertising agency (as apposed to a traditional, print and broadcast agency).
If we are going to have to spend the money for customization fees, I'd rather spend it on an open system like SugurCRM where we can have more flexibility to customize exactly as how we want it.
Does anyone know of a SugarCRM module, or consulting company that has experience in customizing SugurCRM specifically for an online advertising agency (or at least a traditional ad agency)?

We are currently working with a Online Media buying and Advertising agency in Mumbai. The client basically uses SugarCRM Open Source to deliver Leads sent by different banner advertrisements to different clients who are configured as independent users.

We have done some basic but useful customisation in a way that the manual work is reduced to a minimum and the system basically works on its own.
