    Default SAP/SugarCRM Plug-In

    Hello

Just read the order management threads -- why do any features of this for SugarCRM, just leave it outside in the existing ERPs like SAP R3.

A story something like this: Push a button in SugarCRM and automatically login into R3 and get a record set created for inquiry, order, confirmation or invoice in R3. Push a button in R3 and it will be documented in SugarCRM. For each individual SAP system some customization (ca. 1 day) is inevitable but you would save a lot of time (95%) with plugins than do individual development.

We are thinking about investing some time into this. Is there any demand?

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Cheers,
    CVD

    hi, yes true!
we are useing baan erp in our environment...
we are searching for a crm software - today i saw sugarcrm in the news on golem.de - now i'm testing it.

when der is an option to link the baan erp with the sugar crm (or the two databases) i think we can work with this!

    fist of all!:
thank you for this software - maybe i can help you in the future...

im a system administrator (windows/linux) in austria (sorry for my english).

    Hi,

Not all customers have ERP systems to manage their back offices. The small medium business will use the OMS system well integrated with CRM.

    Thanks

What parts of Baan are you planning to integrate with Sugar?

We use tdsmi (heavily customised) and tdsls to mange our orders. We have a custom table in Baan that manages our opportunities, and I have to these to sync using perl to connect to our Baan MSSQL DB and the sugar DB at the same time.
If you find the modules I've updated to 4.0 and above useful please take a look at my Amazon wishlist.
